The Construction Code Official shall be the chief administrator
of the enforcing agency.
Appeals from decisions of the enforcing agency shall be taken
to the Construction Board of Appeals duly appointed for the County
of Cumberland, pursuant to the provisions of the State Uniform Construction
Code Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq.
No building or structure hereinafter constructed or altered, in whole or in part, shall be used or occupied until a certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the enforcing agency in accordance with the provisions of the State Uniform Construction Code Act, N.J.S.A. 52:27D-119 et seq. Copies of all certificates of occupancy or other certifications required to be issued by the Zoning Officer, or any other public official, and affecting the use and occupancy of any building, structure, or premises, or part thereof, shall be filed with the enforcing agency before a certificate of occupancy is issued by this agency. Fees required for a certificate of occupancy shall be those fees fixed in Chapter

No certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the enforcing agency until all of the work covered by the construction permit shall have been completed in accordance with the permit, the State Uniform Construction Code, and all other applicable statutes, regulations and ordinances. The fee to be charged for a certificate of occupancy issued pursuant to this section may be found in §
450-41.
