[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee of the Township
of Fairfield as §§ 3-4 and 3-5 of the 1980 Code. Amendments
noted where applicable.]
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the hard-surfaced
streets and sidewalks within the Township for roller skating.
The use of bicycles, tricycles and similar vehicles in and upon
the sidewalks of the streets, squares and public places within the
limits of the Township is hereby prohibited.
[Added at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General Provisions,
Art. II)]
Violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $100.
