Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of
this ordinance be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason,
the remaining portion of this ordinance shall not be affected thereby
and shall remain in full force and effect and to this end, the provisions
of this ordinance are hereby declared to be severable.
All former provisions of Chapter 28 of the Code of the Borough of Wildwood Crest are hereby repealed.
This ordinance may be known and cited as the "Dog Ordinance."
This Chapter 28 shall become effective as provided by law.
