§ 46-40 Volunteer board and commission members.

Unless otherwise provided by law, all persons who are volunteer members of the various boards and commissions of the Borough of Wildwood Crest shall attend a minimum of 50% of the annual meetings scheduled for said board or commission. Removal of members shall be pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-12.1.
