A.
Any person violating any of the provisions herein shall, upon conviction
thereof, before a Magistrate or Judge having jurisdiction, pay a penalty
as provided by statute and stipulated in the Borough Schedule of Penalties,
at the discretion of the Magistrate or Judge. In addition to any penalties
provided thereof, restitution for the cost of labor can be ordered
by the Judge or Magistrate.
B.
Any person under the age of 18 who shall violate any of the provisions
herein shall be subject to the adjudication and disposition provisions
of N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-21 et seq.
