These regulations shall take effect after final adoption of
the relevant ordinance by the Borough Council. If any section, paragraph,
subdivision, clause, or regulations thereof shall be adjudged invalid,
the remainder of the regulations shall not thereby be invalidated
but shall continue in full force and effect.
