The Town of Thompson hereby adopts the provisions of Sections
25-84 through 25-94 of the Connecticut General Statutes, revisions
of 1958, as amended.

The Select Board, as the same may be constituted from time to
time, is hereby empowered to act as the Town of Thompson Flood Prevention,
Climate Resilience and Erosion Control Board with all of the power,
authority, duties, and responsibilities allowed and required by law
of such boards.
