It shall be unlawful for any person to consume or possess any
unsealed container of any alcoholic beverages on any public property
or property used by the public in general within the Town of Thompson
including streets, highways, parks, cemeteries, and municipal buildings
without having previously been granted permission by the person in
charge of said property to do so.
It shall be unlawful for any person to loiter, or remain in
or upon or leave any motor vehicle in or upon, any municipal property,
including parks and school yards, or within any cemetery with the
Town of Thompson between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., without
having previously been granted permission to do so.
Any violation of this ordinance shall be punishable by a fine,
as provided in the Code of Ordinances. See Ordinance Fee and/or Fine
Schedule.
