The Select Board of the Town of Thompson is hereby authorized
to convey to the West Thompson Cemetery Association that portion of
the West Thompson Cemetery now owned by the Town of Thompson and reserved
for the burial of Town poor upon the express condition that, by the
acceptance of the deed, the West Thompson Cemetery Association, for
itself, its successors and assigns, hereby covenants and agrees with
the Town of Thompson that it will assume the duty of providing lots
for the burial of Town poor on a permanent basis, said undertaking
to run with the land and be permanent in nature.
