Whenever the Town is required to publish any ordinance or proposed
ordinance in accordance with the provisions of Section 7-157 of the
Connecticut General Statutes, the Town Clerk is authorized to publish
a summary of such ordinance in lieu of the entire ordinance, and provided
further, the Town Clerk shall keep a copy of such ordinance available
for public inspection during normal business hours and shall, upon
request, mail a copy of any such ordinance to any person requesting
a copy at no charge to such person.
