No person owning or harboring a dog, licensed or unlicensed,
shall:
A. Allow or permit his/her dog to howl, bark or otherwise act in such
manner as to create unnecessary or unreasonable noise, or to disturb,
annoy, offend, or injure any person in the Village or defecate or
urinate or cause damage on or to his/her property, or otherwise interfere
with the preservation of peace and good order and the public health,
safety and welfare.
B. Permit his/her dog to run at large in the Village.
C. Permit or allow any dog to be on any park or public property unless
such dog is leashed or under the immediate and direct control of the
owner or other person of suitable age to control said dog.
Any peace officer shall have the authority to issue appearance
tickets pursuant to the Criminal Procedure Law and/or to seize any
dog violating the provisions of this article.

Failure to comply with any of the provisions of this article
shall be deemed a violation and the violator shall be punished as
set forth on the Village of Dryden Fine Schedule, which Fine Schedule
may be established by resolution and thereafter amended from time
to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees.
