The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the public good
and establish a permit process and requirements for roads, utility
cuts in the roads and streets, backfilling of trenches, replacing
of removed pavement sections, as well as regulate the location and
construction of utility facilities and other structures within Limerick
Township right-of-way of public streets for the purpose of insuring
the structural integrity of the highway, economy of maintenance, preservation
of proper drainage, and safe and convenient passage of traffic within
Limerick Township.
