The position and employment of Public Health Nurse Supervisor in the
Health Department is hereby created and established for the efficient and
orderly administration of the Health Department. The position and employment
shall be in addition to such offices, positions and employments existing under
charter, statute or ordinance.
The Public Health Nurse Supervisor in the Health Department shall perform
such duties as may be assigned to her by the Health Officer and shall aid
in the enforcement of all state sanitary laws and local sanitary ordinances,
rules and regulations.
