Whenever by statute, ordinance, code or regulation
a license or permit is required from the City of Clifton and no provision
is made in said statute, ordinance, code or regulation for the term
or period of said license or permit, said license or permit shall
be deemed to expire on the 31st day of December of the year for which
the license or permit was issued.
