It shall be unlawful for persons to assemble in any street or on any
sidewalk, crosswalk, alley or street corner in the village or to suffer or
to cause such assemblage or to take part in, conduct, suffer or cause any
parade or demonstration in any village street, highway, sidewalk, alley or
street corner except as herein provided.
No peddler, hawker, vendor of merchandise or beggar shall place himself
upon any street, highway or sidewalk in the village for the purpose of selling
merchandise or otherwise, in such a manner as to cause assemblage of persons
thereon.
No store or shop shall conduct or use any loud-speaking device, mechanical
device, show, play or any form of window display in such a manner or suffer
same to be conducted or used so that an unreasonable number of persons shall
be caused to assemble on any sidewalk, street, highway or alley in the village.
Nor shall any window-tapping devices be installed or used.
Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit lawful assemblages,
had with the permission and regulation of the Board of Trustees of the village,
nor reasonable or orderly picketing, lawfully conducted.
The carrying of commercial advertising signs of "sandwich" men on the
sidewalks and streets of the village is hereby prohibited.

Every person participating in any procession or parade or using the streets for public assemblage without a permit or any person participating in any such parade, procession or public assemblage who shall fail to comply with the conditions and restrictions contained in the permit or shall conduct or permit same to be conducted in a disorderly manner shall be liable to a fine as provided in §
32-13 of Chapter
32 hereof and in addition thereto shall be adjudged a disorderly person as provided in §
32-1 of Chapter
32 hereof.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be liable for and forfeit and pay a penalty as provided in §
32-13 of Chapter
32 hereof. Said violation shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct, and any person violating this chapter or any provision thereof shall be and hereby is declared a disorderly person as provided in §
32-1 of Chapter
32 hereof.
