All multifamily dwelling projects having six or more dwelling
units shall provide maintenance personnel on site, in proportion to
the total number of occupied dwelling units. The ratio of maintenance
personnel shall be one person for every 100 units.
The manager shall provide arrangements for substitute maintenance
personnel to be on the premises in the absence of regular personnel.
There shall be a minimum of one maintenance personnel on site,
at all times, capable of responding to and handling emergency calls
when required by emergency response personnel.
All buildings in such multifamily dwelling projects shall be
uniformly marked to identify them by number or letter. Such numbers
or letters shall be located outside, shall be a minimum of 12 inches
by 12 inches and shall be a luminous material.
