Games of chance known as "bell jar" may be conducted in the City of Corning under the provisions of Article 9A of the General Municipal Law. Conduct of such games is permitted on Sundays.

Games of chance known as "raffles" may be conducted in the City of Corning under the provisions of Article 9A of the General Municipal Law. Conduct of such games is permitted on Sundays.

It shall be lawful for any organization, upon obtaining a license therefor as hereinafter provided, to conduct the game of bingo within the territorial limits of the City of Corning, subject to the provisions of Article 14-G (§§ 475 through 499) of the General Municipal Law and the provisions of the State Lottery Control Law.
Such games may be held on any day provided for in such license.
