The annual compensation for the office of Supervisor shall be
$175,000.
The annual compensation for the office of Councilmember shall
be $78,000.
The annual compensation for the office of Town Clerk shall be
$121,500.
The annual compensation for the office of Receiver of Taxes
shall be $145,000.
The stated annual compensation for those offices listed in this
article shall increase each January 1 by a percentage equal to the
all items consumer price index for all urban consumers (CPI-U) the
prior 12 months before seasonal adjustments published by the U.S.
Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics the previous
August, but in no case more than 4.9%.
