It shall be unlawful for any person except a guest, as hereinabove defined, to enter Club property or to use or occupy any locker, cabana or other facilities of the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District without first obtaining a permit from the Director.
The issuance of a permit shall denote membership in the Club during the term thereof unless surrendered, withdrawn, canceled or revoked.
Any attempt to transfer any permit, or allow unauthorized use of any permit, will result in the right of the Director to cancel and/or revoke said permit and/or membership in the Club without reimbursement of fees paid.
Permits must be presented at the designated entrance for admission to the grounds and facilities of the Club. All lost permits shall be promptly reported to the Director.
Permits shall not be issued or effective nor shall any facilities be used or occupied unless full payment of the fee is obtained.
All guests shall be admitted only when accompanied by a resident or a nonresident member.
The Director reserves the right to restrict or withdraw guest privileges at any time.
Persons using the Club or any facilities of the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District shall comply with any reasonable request of the Director or his representatives.
Motor vehicles shall be parked only in parking areas designated by the Director. No motor vehicle shall be permitted to use the Club's parking facilities without displaying a parking sticker issued by the Club. Parking stickers shall be non-transferable and may be canceled, revoked or invalidated for any unlawful use thereof, and shall cease to be valid or effective upon expiration, surrender, cancellation or revocation of the corresponding membership permit.
It is understood that neither the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District nor the Town of Hempstead is or will be responsible for the loss and/or damage to any personal property belonging to residents, nonresident members or their guests which are left in bath cabins, cabanas or elsewhere in or about the Club premises at any time.
No furniture, beach chairs, umbrellas, food or beverages shall be brought in or upon the Club premises, except as provided by the concessionaire, Director or employees of the Town of Hempstead.
No person shall throw or use any type of ball, beanbag or other object, or play any ball games, except in such places designated for such use, nor engage in toy aviation, kite flying or model boating.
No person shall cause or permit any animal to enter the Club.

Every person shall conduct himself in an orderly manner and shall endeavor to cause no discomfort or inconvenience to any other person or patron.
No person shall solicit alms or contributions for any purpose. No person shall post, distribute, cast or leave about any bills, placards, tickets, handbills, circulars or advertisements or any other matter for advertising purposes.

Fishing is prohibited from the beach during the bathing season.
No person shall bathe, wade or swim in any waters of the Park District except at such times and places and in such proper attire as the Town Board may designate. Such designated bathing areas shall be kept free from any form of water equipment or other floating objects or any other form of device that may cause inconvenience or discomfort to bathers, except such equipment intended for the protection of life.
The Town Board reserves the right to enact additional rules and regulations with respect to the use of the Atlantic Beach Estates Park District, and any permit hereafter issued shall be issued subject to the holder thereof conforming to the rules and regulations now in force and effect or that may hereafter be adopted.
The Club shall be opened and closed at the time designated by the Town Board. Opening and closing time for the various facilities shall be posted for the convenience of the public. No overnight parking, housing or camping shall be allowed.
