- Ch DL Disposition List
Any person or persons, association or corporation committing
an offense against this chapter, or any section or provision thereof,
is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding
$500 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding three months for each
such offense, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

The Town Board may at any time revoke or suspend any license
issued to a theater or a matron, pursuant to the provisions of this
chapter, for a violation of any of the provisions of such chapter,
but such license shall not be revoked or suspended without notice,
and the licensee shall be entitled to a hearing before the Town Board.
Notwithstanding the penalty or punishment provisions of this
chapter, the Town Board may maintain an action or proceeding, in the
name of the Town, in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel compliance
with or to restrain by injunction the violations of any provisions
of this chapter.
