§ 190-3 Application of article.

A. The limitations provided by this article shall apply in the circumstances and at the places herein specified notwithstanding the provisions of § 190-2C of Article I of this chapter.

B. Whenever, by this article, two or more specific maximum speed limits shall be applicable in any particular circumstance or place, the lowest of said limits shall apply.

§ 190-4 School buildings.

The provisions of Subsection B of § 190-3 to the contrary notwithstanding, a person shall not drive a motor vehicle within a school speed zone during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., when such limit and zone are properly signposted, in excess of 15 miles per hour, except as otherwise provided in the following subsections:

A. After being properly posted and during the above intervals of time, the vehicle speed limit shall be 20 miles per hour at the following locations:

	BALDWIN, on MILBURN AVENUE, starting at a point 300 feet, more or less, south of the south building line extended of the school to a point 300 feet north of the north building line extended of the school, a distance of 918 feet, more or less.
