[HISTORY: Adopted by the Borough Council
of the Borough of Yeadon as indicated in article histories. Amendments
noted where applicable.]

The Council of Yeadon Borough hereby amends the Compensation
for Mayor to $7,500 annually and the compensation for Member of Council
to $3,250. The compensation shall take effect upon the beginning of
a new turn of office.
This article shall be effective on December 17, 2015, and shall
remain in force until modified, amended or rescinded by Borough of
Yeadon, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
[Provisions establishing compensation and
benefits for Borough employees, Police Department personnel and Fire
Department personnel are on file in the Borough offices and available
for review during regular office hours. The compensation and benefits
for union employees are set by contract with the International Brotherhood
of Firemen and Oilers, Local 473, and the Fraternal Order of Police
Lodge 26. Nonunion employees are provided for by Council.]
