The common and corporate Seal of the Borough
shall be circular, shall read on the outer rim "Borough of Yeadon
Delaware County, Pa.," and shall contain in the center the monogram
"Y.B." and the date of incorporation of the Borough. The Seal shall
be kept in the custody of the Borough Secretary and shall be affixed
by him or her, and by him or her only, to such documents as Council
directs.
