The application shall be accompanied by payment of an application fee of $15, which fee shall be paid to the Borough Secretary simultaneously with submission of the application for the permit for use of a park.
Upon receipt of a completed application for a permit for use of a park and the application fee required by § 126-2 above, the Chairman of the Recreation Committee or the person designated by the Recreation Committee shall issue a permit for use of a park within six days and mail or deliver the permit to the applicant on that day or the following day.
