If any member has any remark to make during the hours of business, he must arise and receive recognition from the President. Questions of order in any debate which may arise in the transaction of the business of the Company not being regulated by these bylaws shall be governed by Reed's Parliamentary Rules.
Any member making a remark shall refrain from using profane language. If he does, he shall be subject to expulsion from the meeting by the presiding officer.
Any member attending the meeting causing a distraction from the meeting shall be subject to expulsion from the meeting by the presiding officer.
