If a person is dissatisfied with the decision of the Building Inspector, he/she may appeal from said decision within 10 days of the time of said decision.

A Board of Appeals is established, to consist of five members to be appointed by the Select Board.

The Select Board may appoint associate members to the Board of Appeals. If any member is unable to sit on the Board in case of absence, inability to act, or conflict of interest, or because of a vacancy on the Board, the Chairman of the Board of Appeals may designate an associate to sit and such associate shall have all the powers conferred upon a regular member.
In cases involving engineering problems, the Board may secure professional or expert assistance.
Each decision shall be by majority of the Board and shall be in writing.
Any expense incurred shall be borne by the side against which the decision is made.
