premises upon which taxes or assessments or other financial claims
of the Village of Fox Crossing are delinquent or unpaid.
Any person issued a permit under this chapter to sell Christmas
trees, wreaths and the like shall clean up the lot at which the trees
are sold in a manner satisfactory to the Village of Fox Crossing Community
Development Department within two weeks after December 25 of each
year.
All applicants for a permit for a Christmas tree lot must submit
a site plan complying with setbacks, parking, where trees will be
placed and other requirements as deemed necessary by the Community
Development Department.
Failure to obtain a Christmas tree permit and comply with this chapter will result in a penalty set forth in Chapter
