The boundary lines of all zones shall be shown on a map attached

[Amended 11-13-2002 by Ord. No. 504-2002; 5-20-2003 by Ord. No. 512-2003]
Where uncertainty exists as to any of said boundaries as shown
on said map, the following rules shall apply:
A. Zone boundary lines are intended to follow the center line of public
streets, established railroad rights-of-way or lot and property lines
as they exist on plats of record as shown on the Official Street Map
of the Township of Fairfield and the Official Taxing Maps, revised
to December 31, 2001, unless such zone boundary lines are fixed by
dimensions as shown on the Zoning Map.
B. Where such boundary lines are not fixed by dimensions and where they
approximately follow lot lines, and where they do not scale more than
10 feet distant therefrom, such lot lines shall be construed to be
such boundary lines.
C. In unsubdivided land, or where a zone boundary divides a lot, the
location of such boundary is indicated by dimensions shown on the
Zoning Map.
