No person shall wilfully give or cause to be given, or made,
any false alarm of fire, or injure or interfere with fire apparatus
or the fire-alarm system.
No person shall be insubordinate or disorderly at fires, or
obstruct the operations of the Fire Department, or wilfully neglect
or refuse to obey, or attempt to prevent or obstruct the execution
of the orders of the Police Department or the officers of the Fire
Department.
