A. 
No building or structure shall be erected or plot of ground be used in the Town of Rye, outside any incorporated village, for the purpose of maintaining or conducting or raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigeons or poultry of any kind.
B. 
Nonconforming uses may continue for three months from the adoption date of the ordinance, at which time they will terminate.[1]

A violation of this article shall be an offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $250 and shall constitute disorderly conduct, and the person violating same shall be a disorderly person.
