codified herein and containing portions of Ordinance Nos. 1982-25,
1999-27 and 2000-09 was repealed in its entirety by Ordinance No.
2011-03.)
The township, upon request, will issue a "Letter of Non-Interest"
with regard to the sale and transfer of title of any single-family
dwelling or individual unit of a multi-family dwelling, thereby confirming
that no new certificate of occupancy is needed or required by the
township for resale of single-family dwellings or single units in
multi-family dwellings.

No Letter of Non-Interest shall be issued unless all property
taxes, water and sewer utilities, and any and all municipal liens
are paid in full of the property, including pending municipal liens.

The fee charged by the Township to provide a Letter of Non-Interest
will be one hundred dollars ($100.00) and shall be payable upon request.
