A. Solid waste, (ID 10) shall be placed in thirty-two (32) gallon trash
receptacles. Solid waste will be picked up from a thirty-two (32)
gallon trash receptacle. No recycling is to be placed in the thirty-two
(32) gallon trash receptacle, such as cardboard, newspaper, mixed
paper and commingled glass and cans, and leaves. No construction debris
is to be placed in trash containers.
B. On days of inclement weather, which shall include high winds, residents may place solid waste at the curb in secured black trash bags rather than the thirty-two (32) gallon trash receptacles. All of the other provisions set forth in Subsection
A with regard to items that shall not be placed in the trash receptacle shall also apply to solid waste in black trash bags.
