Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-146 et seq., there is hereby created
the position of Tax Assessor.
The Tax Assessor shall be appointed by the Mayor and Council.
The term of office of the Tax Assessor shall be at the pleasure of
the Mayor and Council.
The Tax Assessor shall perform such duties as are assigned from
time to time by the Mayor and Council, and/or Town Administrator.
The salary of the Tax Assessor shall be as set forth in the
annual Salary Ordinance.
