[HISTORY: Chapter 185, Zoning as previously contained herein
was repealed and replaced in entirety by Ordinance
No. 96-12, adopted by the Township Committee of
the Township of Dennis on August 12, 1996. The intent of Ordinance No. 96-12 was further clarified by the
adoption of Ordinance No. 96-17 by
the Township Committee on November 12, 1996. Ordinance
No. 97-1 was adopted by the Township Committee on
February 24, 1997 to amend the Pinelands Area requirements to meet
the recommendations of the Pinelands Commission. Additional amendments
noted where applicable. Chapter 185 repealed and replaced 7-15-13
by Ord. No. 2013-03. Prior ordinance
