A fee for copies of all township public documents shall be as
follows:

All moneys collected from said fee shall be deposited into the
Dennis Township Clerk Account.
Fee for Municipal Discovery is as follows:

|
Requests made by mail will be assessed a current first class
postage rate and an additional $.25 stationary fee per discovery.
Requests will not be processed unless a note to exceed check covering
the amount no greater than $50 is submitted at the time of your request.
No discovery will be mailed until payment is received. Checks should
be made payable to the Dennis Township Prosecutor.
