A.
Upon application to the Township Committee, in writing, and approval
by the same by motion or resolution, nonprofit charitable organizations
are hereby permitted to solicit contributions along the roadways in
the Township of Dennis pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 39:4-60.

B.
If collections are to occur along a county or state highway, permission
must be obtained from the necessary authority as provided in R.S.
39:4-60 as amended.
C.
A certified copy of this section shall be provided to each individual
agency, to the Board of Chosen Freeholders, and the New Jersey Commissioner
of Transportation.
D.
This section will take effect upon adoption and publication in accordance
with the law.
