This Article shall be known and may be cited as the Cooperative
Pricing Ordinance of the South Jersey Power Cooperative.
Pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40A:11-11(5), the Township
of Dennis is hereby authorized to enter into a cooperative pricing
agreement with the lead agency for the purchase of electricity and
natural gas.
The lead agency entering into contracts on behalf of the Township
of Dennis shall be responsible for complying with the provisions of
the Local Public Contracts Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq.) and all
other provisions of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
