A. 
The Administrator or Code Enforcement Officer is hereby empowered to notify a property owner when sidewalk or curb is need repair or renewal. The notice shall be made in writing to the property owner of record requesting the repair be made within 60 days or as soon as reasonably practical with extended time approved by the Administrator.
B. 
The Administrator or Code Enforcement Officer is hereby empowered to notify a property owner when it is determined by the Township that a tree, plant, shrub, or other vegetation is obstructing the cartway, sidewalk or any other part of the street. The notice shall be made in writing to the property owner of record requesting them to trim and clear within 20 days of receipt of written notice sent by the Township.
C. 
The Administrator or Code Enforcement Officer is hereby empowered to notify a property owner and/or contractor when work is done without a permit.
Any person constructing or repairing sidewalks, curbs, or performing work of any sort in the streets which is in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof before a magisterial district judge, be subject to a fine not to exceed $600 for each and every offense, with each day being a separate offense and costs of prosecution and, in default of payment of such fine and costs, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 days.
