The smoking or carrying of any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe,
e-cigarette, vape pen or tobacco of any form or use of smokeless tobacco
shall be prohibited in all Bristol Township parks, park facilities
and adjacent parking lots.
Any person violating this article shall be guilty of a summary
offense and shall be subject to the payment of a fine, upon conviction
before a district justice, in an amount not to exceed $600, plus costs
of prosecution, and in default of payment of such fine and costs,
shall be imprisoned for a term not to exceed 30 days.
