The smoking or carrying of any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe,
e-cigarette, vape pen or tobacco of any form or use of smokeless tobacco
shall be prohibited in front of and in all interior portions of all
Township-owned or leased buildings. The Township may designate certain
exterior areas in which smoking may be permitted.
A.
Any employee
of the Township of Bristol violating this article shall be subject
to disciplinary action by their supervisor.
B.
Any person,
not an employee of the Township, violating this article, upon conviction
before the District Justice, shall be guilty of a summary offense
and subject to the payment of a fine not to exceed $25, plus costs
of prosecution.
