It is the intent of this article to regulate cannabis-related
activities in the City of Corning.

As used in this chapter, the following term(s) shall have the
meaning(s) indicated:
The inhalation, including but not limited to smoking or vaping,
ingestion, application, or use of cannabis products, medical products,
and cannabinoid hemp products.
A business authorized to sell cannabis products to the public,
licensed by the NYS Office of Cannabis Management as:
A registered organization adult-use cultivator processor retail
dispensary ("ROD") authorized to sell cannabis products to the public
pursuant to § 68-a of the Cannabis Law; or
An adult use retail dispensary authorized to sell cannabis to
the public pursuant to § 72 of the Cannabis Law; or
A microbusiness authorized to sell cannabis to the public pursuant
to § 73 of the Cannabis Law.
An adult-use on-site consumption premises at which the consumption
of cannabis occurs.
A location or structure owned by a government or government
subdivision or agency, that is accessible to the public, where the
primary purpose is to provide recreational opportunities or services
to children or adolescents of whom the primary population is reasonably
expected to be seventeen (17) years of age or younger.
