It shall be unlawful for any person to operate, park or stand a vehicle
over any unprotected fire hose of any Fire Department within this City when
laid upon any street, alley, private drive, parking lot or sidewalk without
first obtaining permission of the fire fighter in charge of the fire apparatus
or a police officer responsible for traffic regulation at the scene or in
the vicinity.
