[HISTORY: Adopted by the City Council of the City of Cape May as Sec. 3-18 of the 1997 Revised General Ordinances. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The hunting of wild game, including both bird and animal, by gun, baiting, automobile or any means whatsoever, shall be unlawful at all times within the limits of the City.
The trapping of game, including both bird and animal, domestic or wild, by snare, snood, net, trap or any other device or means whatsoever, shall be unlawful within the limits of the City.
The firing of any gun or firearm, including air rifles, small arms, rifles, small or large bore, or shotguns or arrows other than with rubber tips for target practice or any purpose whatsoever, shall be unlawful within the limits of the City.
