Smoking is prohibited in places of employment of village employees under
the jurisdiction and control of the Village of Waterford.
Employees are encouraged to present any concerns to their supervisor
and may register a complaint with the County Enforcement Officer.
The village office shall be posted with "No Smoking" signs.
Employees found smoking will be considered in violation of this chapter
and may be subject to the penalty prescribed by the County Enforcement Officer.
The Mayor shall be designated an agent to assist in the enforcement
of this chapter by notifying employees who are in violation.
