Use of all parks shall be limited to the hours
between 8:00 a.m. and dusk unless otherwise posted by the Board of
Trustees. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to occupy
or be present in said park during any hours in which the park is not
open to the public, unless written permission has been previously
obtained from the Board of Trustees.
Any section or part of a park may be declared
closed to the public by the Board of Trustees at any time and for
any interval of time temporarily or at regular, stated intervals.
