In the event that any franchise shall be in
violation of any of the terms or provisions of such agreement, the
Board of Trustees, within its discretion, may:
A.
Withdraw, suspend or revoke the franchise;
B.
Revert the rate increase for taxicabs;
C.
Have a summons issued for each and every violation
of the terms and provisions of such agreement and/or charge a fine
for each and every said violation; or
D.
Summon the franchise holder, on written notice, before
the Board of Trustees.
