City of Corning, NY Article II Operation of Vehicles

§ 150-4 Operation prohibited; exception.

The operation of any vehicle or bicycle in or upon any park lands within the City of Corning is hereby prohibited, except that such operation upon established roadways traversing over or through said lands shall hereafter, as heretofore, be permitted and allowed.

§ 150-5 Signs.

Suitable signs shall be erected within the city park lands giving notice of the prohibition hereby enacted.

§ 150-6 Penalties for offenses.

Any person who does an act in violation of § 150-4 of this article shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction thereof punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or imprisonment for not more than 15 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
