The use of bicycles shall be prohibited, with the exception of designated
hike and bike trails, in the City of Corning upon the public sidewalks, parking
lots, parking garages, and all other municipal properties located in the area
bounded by the west-side of Columbia Street from the north-side of Denison
Parkway to the Chemung River, to the east side of Centerway, then north to
the north-side of East Pulteney Street, then west to the east-side of Wallace
Street, then south to the Chemung River, then east to the west side of Bridge
Street, then south to the north side of Denison Parkway, and then east to
the west side of Columbia Street.
