GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 157.
From and after the passage of this chapter, all qualified police officers
of the Glenolden Borough Police Department shall be authorized to use, in
the Borough of Glenolden, all electrical and/or mechanical speed-timing devices
which are now or shall hereafter be approved by the Department of Transportation
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including but not limited to the Excessive
Speed Preventer (ESP) Model TK100 and VASCAR Plus.
