All areas within 1,000 feet of the real property on which is located
a public, private or parochial school within the Borough of Glenolden are
hereby declared to be drug-free zones.[1]

The Council of the Borough of Glenolden hereby authorizes the expenditure
of funds sufficient to purchase and erect the necessary signs to identify
all drug-free zones around all public, private and parochial schools within
the Borough of Glenolden, and the appropriate officers of the Borough of Glenolden
are hereby directed to purchase and erect said signs.
